Forza was started in 2007 with a vision to elevate car rental services for business travellers. Beginning in Chennai, we worked on improving the experience of car rental services for everyone involved from the booker to the guest.
We were the first to introduce in-car kits for the comfort and safety of guests which included newspapers, magazines, water bottles, note pads, chocolates, mints, fire extinguishers and wet tissues. We also reimagined how a Customer Executive (Chauffeur) needs to interact with guests and brought in training programmes to ensure guests have the best in class experience while being with us.
We further opened our services in Bengaluru and Coimbatore in 2018, expanding the Forza experience to other cities. It is at this time that we saw the need to develop our own technology to further enhance the experience for the bookers, guests and Customer Executives (CE).
In 2017, we stepped into Employee Transportation services in Chennai and while we were looking to expand these services, the pandemic made us slow down and relook at how we better serve our customers. During this period, we adapted to a new format of service delivery that prioritised hygiene and safety rules for the benefit of our CEs and Guests.
Today, we are all set to further expand our services across South India with a refreshed brand and new energy.
