Cheloor Property Development Projects Limited, is a Public Limited company with a good track record of being in this construction industry for the last 25 years. In fact no body needs any introduction to the House of Cheloor. The history dates back to a family background of more than 500 years.
From the traditional roots in Agriculture, Cheloor evolved to a changing focus into commerce by diversifying the fields of business. Shri Ravi Cheloor activated this change when he found Ramdas Movie House, one of the Thrissur’s best-known film houses. The family built the Devaki Cinemas at Guruvayur, and diversified into film distribution and property development.
