Gupta and company was established as a partnership firm in Delhi in the year 1928 and has been ruling the Fragrance & flavours industry since then. The founders were Late Lala Raghubir Saran Garg, Late LalaUttam Chand Jain and Late Lala Madan Lal Jain. The firm was converted to a private limited company in the year 1974. While the focus has always been on the business of manufacturing of industrial Fragrance & flavours popularly known as Industrial Fragrances, additional product line to manufacture aromatic chemicals and essential oils, was established in the year 1985.
