Megamorph has the capability & capacity to manufacture a whole range of chemicals for industrial, domestic & specialized application. Besides manufacturing our own range of products, we also offer services of contract manufacturing for your products. Our highly experienced team can either help your formulate an entire range of products or adopt your formulations and produce them in high quality and confidentiality standards.
Our unit is based in the outskirts of Bangalore, India at the Bommasandra Industrial Estates and has extensive capabilities in manufacturing and packing liquids, powders and granules.
The manufacturing facility currently consists of 5 mixing vessels. These vary in size from 20 litres to 1,000 litres. Megamorph has reactors that will work under high temperatures up to 200o Celsius. Megamorph also has high quality cooling towers for rapid cooling of reacted solutions.
We also have specialized liquid filling machines capable of filling 50 ml bottles to 5 lires.The production and filing capacity of the plant is currently 10 tones per day. Megamorph also houses 2 industrial grade high capacity ovens for specialized products.
Megamorph also houses a Nano Silver production area where we produce our patented solutions and powders using advanced Nano Technology. We have acquired the knowledge for applying this technology to pesticide removal, arsenic removal, removal of chloramines and disinfection.

FAQs
How long will my product last (shelf life)?
All our products have the standard shelf life mentioned on the back of the bottle. Exposure to direct sunlight or excessive heat might reduce the effective shelf life so so ensure proper storage of the products.
What tests are performed on CareClean products to ensure quality?
All our products of every batch are tested 100% to ensure the highest standards of quality. We test our products on a range of parameters such as pH, viscousity, color, density, specific gravity, flow rate, clarity, etc.
